2024年11月18日 · Are you able to ask why the surgeon/clinic is encouraging you down the path of a sleeve rather than bypass as this is less common (more common to recommend bypass over sleeve). My cyclical side wonders if it’s because a sleeve is a less complicated surgery, takes less time to perform and sometimes doesn’t require an overnight hospital stay.

2018年7月15日 · Just returned from gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana, Mexico with Dr. Mario Almanza. I only met the Dr one time. He thoroughly explained the operation and then posed for photo ops with each patient. Never saw or heard him after that morning. However, the hospital was in excellent condition, almost new.

He looks like a great doctor and I have already called and sent in my medical information. It's much cheaper in MX..which is what sent me that route.
