2024年4月17日 · Hi, following a recent update all of our Garmin Vivoactive 4 (we have 3 in family) are suffering from battery drain, specifically mine goes from 100% battery to 0% in 6 hours without any physical activity, effectively making the device (that was working fine up until 4 days ago) completely unusable.

It seemed like I would start a walk on my vivoactive 4 and then later I thought I change my walk to tennis on Garmin Connect. But now it seems tennis is not even on Garmin Connect anymore. And I wish tennis would be better listed as singles, doubles, or wheelchair. Although someone mentioned you can create a custom 'tennis' activity.

I have a Cadence Sensor 2 and Vivoactive 4. The Vivoactive pairs with the Cadence Sensor on my bike, but I'm unable to set any settings for it.

Could you share the language files of Vivoactive 4/4s? Files are located in below folder in your watch: \Primary\GARMIN\TEXT

My vivoactive 4 keeps randomly shutting off. I have tried factory reset & removing all the apps & disconnecting from phone but the issue still happens very frequently to the point of making the watch unusable. The firmware has been updated to the latest version (6.50). Does anyone know if there is a solution for this?

2024年11月20日 · Update - Garmin Australia responded and after a bit of back and forward about the issue and purchase location they organised a refund of the purchase price which was the same price the new vivoactive 5 was. Given they did actually respond and remedy the issue, and because I liked my Garmin vivo4 I just repurchased the 5 which is good.

0 Denise over 4 years ago in reply to ianmiles I just mean I don't have pockets and carry it with me everywhere. At home, I leave it in the kitchen and am within range of it for getting messages if all is working as it should.

Hello :) I went for a swim yesterday with my vivoactive 4s (it was fully charged before) and seemingly worked whilst in the pool. When I got out it froze so went to switch it off and on again and now all I'm getting is the blue triangle. I've tried the soft reset and plugging it into my laptop (it isn't finding it) and a different cable.

Turn the Garmin off and on; Uninstall Garmin Connect and Reinstall; Logout of spotify and relogin; Forget wifi network and reconnect; Buy a new phone; Turn off all other devices on the network; Keep it plugged into power; Remove all other music from the device; Wait for podcast icons to load; Keep it right next to the router; And it still fails ...
