The heart rate display that shows a chart doesn't show my current (or, say, average of last X minutes) heart rate - and it's hard to read the chart when am exercising. What I would like is a simple clear display showing "125 BPM" and changing with time. Seems like the most basic requirement for a HR monitor - surprised haven't found it yet! Thanks!

If I navigate back to "settings -> sensors & accessories -> hrm-dual" it says disconnected, but after navigating there, it quickly changes to 'searching' and to 'connected'. After that I'm once again able to monitor my heart rate only for few seconds until it disconnected again.

I have a Garmin Heart Rate Monitor the Dual. Generally it has worked fine but lately it will not pick up the heart rate for the first 10-15 minutes of a bike ride. Sometimes it drops out. I check battery and put a new one in just to be sure. The device will pair with no problems but seems not to keep HR all the time.

My Forerunner 245 is experiencing some heart rate sensor issues lately. The readings are much too high. When I take a walk my heart rate normally doesn't pass 100bpm but lately, the watch is showing values above 140bpm even up to 164bpm. Also when I am just sitting on the couch, the heart rate as shown on the watch often surpasses 110bpm.

I have an Instinct and when I compare to my chest strap heart rate monitor they only agree with light to moderate activity, so I do the opposite... I wear a heart rate chest strap during rides and broadcast to the Edge and the Instinct watch.
