It kind of feels like IDV lacks a head writer and each writer has their own ideal canon and they are writing as they go. IDV really needs a series bible for the writers that states what the plotline is and how characters should be portrayed but its too much effort ig ugh.

Ganji was likely not mentally well when he arrived at the manor, and it's likely he hasn't properly recovered or have been treated after his mental breakdown. It feels a little disingenuous to write off his off-beat behaviour as a caricature when this is likely a stress response and cry for help from him, mentally.
