GCR Classes 8D and 8E were two pairs of three-cylinder compound steam locomotives of the 4-4-2 wheel arrangement built in 1905 and 1906 for the Great Central Railway.

The E8 Sacre (GCR Class 12AM) 2-4-0T Locomotives Sacre designed two types of double-framed 2-4-0T for the Manchester Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway (MS&LR, later GCR) to operate the Manchester South Junction & Altrincham (MSJ&A) Railway in the early 1880s.

A GCR Class E8 is a type of 2-4-0T steam locomotive which was built in 1880 for the Great Central Railway. This steam locomotive was designed by Thomas Parker and John G. Robinson who thought it would be a good idea to use this for passenger duties and freight duties.

The Great Central Railway Class 8, known as the London and North Eastern Railway Class B5 following the 1923 Grouping, was a class of fourteen 4-6-0 steam locomotives designed to haul fast goods trains, in particular fish trains.

2017年1月22日 · There's several routes that all start with 'GCR' by 'pflindley'. Don't know if that's them or not. Welsh Narrow Gauge nut. Think the latest for TS12 is GCR v6. Higher versions up to 10 are for TANE only and it's still very much a work in progress. I hope to upload the GCR V11 for TANE in the near future. It now extends northwards past Staveley.
