2013年12月17日 · I used to eat yogurt with the fruit in it when we would go on vacations and I thought it, a banana, and oatmeal were healthy breakfast foods. Can't help with the CarbMaster, only yogurt I've had in the last 2 years is Greek, Fage and the one that starts with an O. Around here they are zero fat so I do the K yogurt embellishment to them.

Loved starting the day with a bowl brimming with grain, 1/2 C Silk Vanilla Lite, 1/2 C 0-fat yogurt (read added carbs), 1/2 c berries and 1/2 oz nuts.
