2023年12月12日 · Ghosts will always do events even with Friendly Ghost turned on. I haven't played the game since Halloween, roughly, but when I play, the Friendly Ghost option is toggled on while I relearn the game. I've had plenty of ghosts do events on me, including red light events.

2022年9月29日 · Yeah it's nice to have these options. One thing I love is that you can still use cursed possessions with friendly ghost, it just doesn't hunt. So you can get a feel for example of how far away the ghost starts it's event with a music box without having to worry about dieing.

You don’t earn money with friendly ghost turned on except from doing the daily/weekly objectives. Setting a ghost to friendly automatically sets the reward multiplier to 0. So if you got money then you didn’t have the ghost set to friendly.

2022年10月3日 · I think someone posted a video on the subreddit a few days ago where they had a friendly ghost and when they did things like lighting a summoning circle, the ghost didn't actually enter a hunt, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's a thing for custom difficulty

2022年10月22日 · Everything else that should trigger a hunt (hide and seek or breaking the ouija board, broken mirror, ghost touching you with the music box, summoning circle and death card) havent triggered a single hunt for me.

2021年9月5日 · One time I was playing and all we needed was a photo of the ghost and we would have all the objectives. The ghost just wouldn't showed up so finally I said, "Hey miss ghost if you let me take your picture we'll get out of your hair." And sure enough they popped up for me. I said thank you and we left immediately.
