I just signed up to their monthly subscription and am very excited to play the Diezel Herbert and VH4, Engl Savage and Retro, Friedman Dirty Shirley and BE100 amps! 2020年6月1日 · Not exact though, because at the end of the day, they are their own amps with their own unique sound. Channel 1 on the AD is a fabulous saggy vintage channel. You can go from clean to crunch to unfocused gain mess. Channel 2 is tighter, but not nearly as tight as a marshall or friedman.

2014年4月21日 · Now after owning three BE100's, two SLO's and several other Soldano and Friedman amps, I'll go with the BE100 but they both are real close to the "head tone". Why BE100? For the feel, response, consistent tone of Master V, and the Friedman's gain structure.

2016年7月4日 · No gun in this fight or in the market at all, but Mr. Bogner is such an interesting person who really makes interesting amps, if it was my dilemma , I would get the Bogner based alone on how quirky Mr. Bogner is. I like interesting amps. But the Friedman demo on a Dirty Shirley which you say is loose shows me that it is a tight sounding amp.

2021年12月5日 · Lots of Friedman amps are still not available. They're still catching up from the fire and there's the dreaded supply chain issues. And tube shortages (for the tube amps). I'm glad I have all the Friedman I need right now.

2017年12月31日 · I have also owned many other Marshall amps including a JVM that I eventually modded, an original Silver Jubilee and a YJM100. I now own a Friedman Small Box. Once you plug into the Friedman you will know where the extra money went. I loved my Marshall amps at least for a time but always ended up looking for something else.

2012年9月22日 · You guys do know that Dave Friedman is who Ed goes to for amp tweaks, and Dave also restored Ed's famed '68 plexi. Of course, Dave also oversees the Cameron line of amps as well. Dave has done three amps for me so far, and I cannot recommend him enough.
