This is a church that is presently between pastors, but it hasn't missed a beat in its ministry or mission during this time of transition.

Members voted to pursue a merger with a local compatible church, the First Baptist Church in Framingham. A task force at First Baptist joined Park Street’s group to work on a proposal, and in June 1998, the congregations of both churches voted overwhelmingly to pursue a merger.
