Best VATS build? And I guess I need more characters for the title
Once you are banging out VATS hits not stop, grab Critical Savvy 3 so you only have to fill 55% of your crit bar between Crit use. A (boosted) Luck stat of 15 will do that in two hits, 33 will do it in one hit. A weapon with the "15% Crit Fill" legendary will reduce those numbers to 5 and 23, respectively. ^ This guy commandoes. Dec 31, 2022 · You'll want to invest in vats crit perks and uny armor to increase luck until you're getting a crit every other shot. Secondary focus should be ap refresh stuff, defence, and base damage buffs. Commando and Heavy are two different builds, which one are you looking for? Typically there are a few shared perks for any VATS build though.
