2024年2月15日 · In order to fly your drone under the FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107), you must obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA. This certificate demonstrates that you understand the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones.

Declaration of compliance means a record submitted to the FAA that certifies the small unmanned aircraft conforms to the Category 2 or Category 3 requirements under subpart D of this part.

2020年11月25日 · Developed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) and implemented in June 2016, Part 107 was created as a response to a growing number of drone pilots and the maturing of a market for commercial drone services.

The FAA’s Part 107 provides regulations for the (1) issuance of a remote pilot certificate as well as (2) operating rules for drone operators such as will be line of sight, under 55 pounds, less than 100 MPH, and below 400ft.
