Mar 17, 2021 · I play on keyboard, i just play with WQSD, you'll need assists to be able to reach a decent pace, since you cannot control the sensitivity of breaking, turning, and accelerrating. You can also play with arrows if it helps you, just play and by playing you'll find out if you need to keybind anything !

I have no problems with manual starts, fuel management, and ers. Brake assist is off, ABS is on, and i use medium track control, since full traction control makes me lose too much time on corner exits. My point is, playing f1 games with a keyboard is doable, but some corners will drive you mad, because you cant really control your throttle.

Ayyyy, damn you are doing good. Used to play on Keyboard since f1 2012 until recently like a month ago got my first wheel. Slowly, with enough practice you’ll definitely get there. I remember the days when I just started out on keyboard, was a mess but practice makes man perfect!

I'm also playing F1 2021 with keyboard, I'm quicker than with controller or my old Wheel Thrustmuster enzo Force Feedback , I'm winning some races at level 70 my team 1st season. I use W-throttle S-Brake * and ´ to steer. ALt - clutch, Space - to enter MFD

Nov 28, 2020 · I'm not certain whether this is an actual problem or simply how the keyboard is designed. However, when I turn on the keyboard or wake it up the F1 key becomes yellow and stays yellow for 30 seconds or so before switching to the lightsync I have set. It doesn't matter the preset, animation or colour I've picked.

Mar 11, 2023 · On my new Thinkpad I've noticed that when I mute the speakers, a light comes on under the F1 key. I don't like this. It's distracting and confuses my eye making me think the caps lock is on. I've looked in Windows settings, BIOS, and the Lenovo Vantage app but can't find a way to disable. Anyone know of software that can change this?

I've been using it for the past 2 days, and everything feels really nice except for the fact that I have no clue how to use the f1, f2, f3, f4, etc keys. Also, there is a key next to the space bar, and I'm wondering what it's purpose is and what key it represents.

Turn off and on the keyboard to complete the reset process If the Easy Switch does not blink, please repeat the above steps again

Dec 23, 2020 · Surprisingly the keyboard is not that bad in 2018,I have it and play on 100difficulty. I recommend upping the in throttle input (or whatever it's called) on the setups menu,it means the throttle is more aggressive at low speeds and more stable at high speed. Tiametmarduk made a setups video in F1 2018 I recommend watching that.

Sep 6, 2020 · Sorry for this super late reply, you can consider using mouse steering, it's what I use on all of my sim games and the F1 Franchise. Once you start using it, it becomes natural to you and is way faster than keyboard and controller.
