2012年5月23日 · Right-Click on the "Auto Sum" button on the Ribbon, and choose "Add to Quick Access Toolbar". You'll see the Sum tool added to the tiny toolbar above the "Home" tab. Now, click "Alt", and the number of your new shortcut key should appear above the Home button. In my case, it is 4, so now, go to a cell you want to put the SUM then click Alt+4.

2015年6月2日 · Hello, Alt+= brings up the Sum () in my Excel 2013, just as described when hovering over the AutoSum icon in the ribbon. If your Excel 2013 does not do this, check your active Add-ins, which may override keyboard shortcuts. Disable all Add-ins and test. If the keyboard shortcut works, bring one add-in back and test again.

2023年10月16日 · On my laptop, the shortcut key for SUM, Right Alt+= resulting in "x" instead of the sum of the values from the cells on top and Left Alt+= is working perfectly.

2019年12月13日 · Refer to SUBTOTAL function, the number 9 is the function_num (includes hidden values) for Function SUM. So, when you see the formula =subtotal (9,XX:XX), it is summing all the ranges including hidden values.

How can I easily copy and paste the sum of selected cells in excel? This is the number that shows in the bottom bar, but why is there no shortcut key for this? Am I missing something?

I want to: select a column of cells with numeric values....SEE the total of these cells in the status bar at the bottom of the page....perform a simple keyboard shortcut (like Alt T or CTRL C or whatever) to COPY that value (from the status bar)...then PASTE it anywhere else in the sheet.

2016年5月12日 · In Excel 2013, when I try to AutoSum in a particular cell by pressing "Alt" and "=", an "x" comes up in that cell with the blinker cursors after it. When I press the AutoSum button in either the "Home" or "Formulas" sections then it sums the cells fine.
