2023年2月19日 · The best you can do with New Tab is to use the customise facility, and just have the Bing search page. Settings > Start, home, and new tabs > New tab page > Customise. Preload off. Layout > Custom. Quick links > Off. No background. Unfortunately some updates will change it. I won't use an extension for something so trivial.
