Oct 26, 2023 @ 5:23am The mod descriptions tend to say how to install them. For the ones I have seen you just create a folder called 'Mods' in your 'EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5' folder and put the mods in there.

2023年2月11日 · The Discord server has an active mods channel, you might find something there. ModDB also hosts several mods for EDF4.1, 5, etc. Just search for "EDF" or "Earth Defense Force" and go through the results.

We can create new weapons and slightly modified enemies. Play as enemies, and a mission editor is in development, but most of this stuff is work in progress. 2023年3月23日 · Playing through EDF 5 again and tbh I don't think I'll ever play again without the trainer that allows you to pick up all crates at the end. It's just not a fun part of the game to myself or my friends, and tbh I'm not sure how many folks actually enjoy it to begin with.

8/11/2024: For those wondering, this guide should be semi-coherent for EDF 6 modding. However, things such as missions are differently structured and new file types have arisen. The guide should work, but if it doesn't, don't go message me pls. I may release a separate guide for EDF 6. Anyway...
