A Kitchen is a workshop used by a cook. The cook uses this workshop primarily to combine base ingredients (meat, plump helmets, etc.) into prepared food. It is also used to render fat into tallow.

2020年4月14日 · Well, in the base game, we can enable cooking plump helmets and disable cooking seeds (under the z menu) then set up two different production orders like: Assume these would be the only jobs that prepare meals and brew alcohol. This works if we only have one kind of plant we care about protecting.

2022年12月6日 · You might have figured it out by now. But it automates rendering of fat into tallow in the kitchens. Production of meals and drinks is separate (and drinks are made at a still, not a kitchen)

2022年12月7日 · There's probably a better way, but one that leaps to mind is to set up a stockpile with Custom settings, put all the items you don't want cooked in there, then force the kitchen to take from another food stockpile.

2022年12月9日 · They are disabled as default, what you want is to disable for cooking any plant that is producing seeds. Or don't use plants, just leaves, oils, pressed cakes, flour, meat and fish etc.
