Duphaston 10 mg is a very small dose, however you did mention that ur also taking 100 mg of progesterone shots twice daily right? In that case I feel duphaston is enough. Susten is better if inserted, its more effective and minimal side effects.

Hi Farhee3 Duphaston is a progesterone supplement which is good for your pregnancy. Since yours is a twin pregnancy, higher amount of progesterone is necessary for the babies to grow. Maybe that's why the doctor has prescribed it.
