I have sitka and like it a lot, but I only buy it when I have an opportunity at a friends and family discount. Usually, a buddy has a code and places an order.

2022年5月12日 · I’ve found some honey holes on camp mckall while scouting for turkey this season. Lots of resident wood duck in a few spots. Even some geese here and there. My question is if anyone has any experience duck hunting fort bragg or camp mckall area? unfortunately it seems my private lease will no longer be available this year.

2024年8月24日 · They are becoming more frequent all over. Had 7 using a pond near my camp last week. Was hunting in Hyde 3 years ago near the lake and had a pair fly by. Had we seen them a few seconds earlier they would have been toast.

2024年11月13日 · My go-to way to cook duck is a cast iron skillet, salt and pepper, a few sprigs of rosemary, and real butter. Cook rare to maybe medium rare, slice thin, and eat before they get cold. Dribble a balsamic vinegar/fruit reduction over it if you want to get fancy.

2022年12月4日 · I have not hunted any of the impoundments in a few years, but last I heard the pay ramp has a locked chain across it. I think the gentleman that runs the camp in the fish house is the point of contact for the ramp.

2022年5月2日 · There’s a few dead end roads that’s foot access only of the camp ranch road. If you’re still hunting I would stick to that west of camp branch and tram roads. It’s a fairly large block with no roads running into to to amount to anything. Some really nice bucks in there. Its avoided by most people because no one likes to walk anymore.
