But as far as my knowledge goes, Dottore hates Visions/vision users. It’s speculated he made Delusions (probably as a jab at the notion of there being a high being that just picks and chooses).

2022年9月16日 · Dottore's vision is not Sumeru nor Snezhnaya (maybe Fontaine?). For me, this is the least plausible explanation, as Dottore spent his life in Sumeru and Snezhnaya and, most likely, got his vision in either of these 2 countries.

I’m assuming the Dottore we see in Scaramouche’s flashback is the “real” Dottore, and he seems to be the most emotionally driven of all the versions we’ve seen so far. Though he likely did make puppets before then (or at the very least different types of mechanical life forms), the segments we know now are all based on Scaramouche.
