2016年8月11日 · All dissociation happens on a spectrum, so that it could be that you are just on the edge of the DID spectrum. She also may be noticing things you may not remember or recall experiencing, and that is hard and scary to face, but worth it.

2013年2月9日 · It is dissociation and it is absolutely "normal" in a sense. It is on the end extreme of Depersonalisation. Depersonalisation is when we are disconnected from ourselves in some way and Derealisation is when our environment becomes disconnected in some way or sense.
