I'm trying to replace the current mSATA 32gb (original) with another mSATA of 250gb (samsung 860 EVO). I exchanged the two components and I restarted the PC but it gives me the message "no boot device", press f1 to try again or f2 for settings.

2022年6月21日 · I have 2 Dell XPS One 2720 all in 1 computers. One of them is now experiencing a hard drive failure and I am planning on upgrading the drive systems on it. It has the 32 GB mSATA drive and the 2 TB HDD. The HDD is failing. At the same time I want to install a larger mSATA drive, but I see only that a maximum 256GB is mentioned.

2018年7月4日 · After additional intense and loud phone calls (really not my style) I finally got a replacement unit, a brand new xps 7760 which seems to work well. What it really here though is: this new XPS is considered a "replacement" of the old XPS so this cannot (!!!!) have a warranty other than the 90 days it came with. Not even paying for it.

2020年1月10日 · When I had my first 2720, Dell replaced the motherboard three times because the Nvidia GPU kept failing. It was a warranty repair and I never saw a double image with those replacements. I have no way of knowing if it is the motherboard itself but I would guess it was related to interlace or horizontal frequency.

2019年7月7日 · I have an eight year old XPS One 27 system (this 2720 model) and recently had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10, so I replaced the 32Gb mSATA SSD attached to the motherboard that came with the system (which was, as noted, originally intended for caching/accelerating the HDD) with a 1Tb mSATA SSD.
