2023年12月18日 · Camp's in better shape that the guests that go there. The Boss is 77, and the rest of us are in our 70's, too. I go in the spring trout drinkin, and in the fall bird drinkin. I'm not invited to deer camp, but I did participate in muzzle season a few years ago. No deer, but trout and birds are a little easier on the body.

2023年10月9日 · Later we moved camp over by Bergland. Always a tent camp with wood stove. I've also been in every bar you mentioned and many more. Back in those days hunting the west end was a blast towns were full of wool clad hunters. Our group is down to two now and the deer are scarce and we now hunt up by L'Anse. The UP gets in your blood and stays there.
