Caring and impulsive, Cheryl Mason, previously known as Heather, attempted to rebuild her life after the tragic death of her adoptive father. While she had freed herself from the religious cult that pursued her since birth, she was shackled by the guilt of her father's death.

Maria is a Legendary Outfit available to Cheryl Mason from CHAPTER 16: Silent Hill. Like Cheryl Mason, Maria originates from the video game franchise Silent Hill, specifically Silent Hill 2 (2001), in which she is a friendly NPC, as well as being the protagonist of Born From a Wish; a side-story set before the events of the main game.
