There is a Daria Restoration Project that you can look up, and it gets about as close as we can. Unfortunately the audio is often out of balance in the videos when music gets spliced in, but if you're dedicated to hearing the original, it'll do.

There is the DVD route, which is great. There is also the Pluto app you can get on your TV/Smartphone/Tablet: it broadcasts free shows and movies. On the Comedy Animation channel, it will have Daria episodes playing in order. I haven't seen it play the movies, yet. Enjoy!

Misery Chick (s1e13) Brilliant episode, and probably the best episode of the first two seasons. Gets to the heart of what Daria is. Arts 'n' Crass (s2e01)

Daria is still a good show without the licensed music, though not hearing Cake or Beck in the background during key moments makes me sad. The State really got fucked though- certain skits are based around the music and to lose those licensed tracks, really hurts. The "Pants" and "Toothbrush" skits are perfect examples of this.
