Now I have to pick me strings that can deal with that, the A down to D is a bit of a handful. Oh, the luxury of having actually a few acoustics to play with. I don't care keeping this one in Stephen Still's tuning to make life easier playing CS&N, CSN&N.

2005年12月4日 · But I love the DADDAD tuning because there is no 3rd, so I can imply major or minor chords with context. If I need country, then I often go for C6. And yes, I often use the same John Pearse string set for several tunings, even though it is not optimal for some of the strings.
