2011年5月15日 · My 2005.5, Mk5 TDI DSG. 208,000 miles. Did 40K Service. oil sent out. minimal amount of crap in oil. Did 80K Service. oil sent out. less than 5% of what was in the 40K service. Did 120K service. oil sent out. 1% of what was in 40K service, 400% less than what was in 80K service. Did 120K service. less than 1% of 40K service.

2014年11月21日 · So I just got off the phone with the dealership because clearly the did not change the transmission filter. The air filter box was 100% untouched. Apparently they changed the service guidelines for the DSG transmission. At 40k, it only requires a fluid change. At 80k, they will do a fluid and filter change.

2009年5月14日 · I needed a new DSG at 33k miles. The housing cracked after the dual mass flywheel blew apart and pieces got wedged between the DMF and the tranny housing (not the DSGs fault, this was a problem with the cheap-sh#t DMF VW used in the early '06 TDIs).

2008年9月26日 · Note: In the DIY there is a homemade tool to put the DSG Fluid into the Transmission. My Modification to said tool was a $6.50 Hand Pump, Gallon Bottles, from Valvoline (Murray's Auto Parts). It does not screw onto the 1 Liter bottles, but you just hold it down on the top of the bottle with one hand, and pump with the other.
