Game over. My issue with this isn't the difficulty of the heart, I think that's fine. It's that it was a massive difficulty spike out of nowhere (other curveballs had been fine) and I had no seeming option other than to deal with it. By this point in the game I didn't have insane weapons or anything, just rifles, crossbows, shotguns etc.
