
Having Tartar removed. Scared it will hurt
2007年5月4日 · Have loads of Tartar on my Teeth, so Dentist is gonna start removing it [smiley=scared.gif]. I'm worried it will hurt,my Gums are really sore & sensitive. They bleed easily. Is there anything that can stop it hurting ? A Numbing Gel,or something like that ?

2016年12月25日 · Most of which seem to relate to my tartar build that sits right behind my bottom teeth. It looks a state and while I am planning to head to the dentist sometime next month, this has been puzzling me. Occasionally when either eating or brushing/using mouthwash I notice that tartar is beginning to fall right out.
Is it just a bit of tartar that fell off or should I really worry
2022年1月16日 · I know that this is a thing and i'll eventually fix this, but today i felt something off in my mouth, and as i went and look i noticed a whole bit of where tartar used to be isn't there anymore. The gum near it is also sort of bloody, but I assume that's because i went at it really hard with floss, as i thought something was stuck in there.

2007年4月2日 · Partially out of laziness and partially because I have an irrational fear/dislike of brushing my teeth. There was tartar on the molar next to it, but I managed to get the tartar off that tooth with a dental pick I bough online. I've been using the pick to try to get the tartar off my wisdom tooth but I;m not having much success.

2024年10月1日 · After I got my braces off at 16 I didn’t go to the dentist again until I was 28, and now 43. My teeth look fine, nobody would even know I don’t go because I don’t get visible tartar buildup on my teeth but I still worried X-rays would reveal my teeth were ruined. I don’t know why I avoided the dentist.

2012年3月15日 · Periogen does work...although for me it was a very slow process, like watching paint dry. It took 2 months to remove my tartar, although some people have claimed much faster results. I used to get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and they would scrape a ton of tartar of my lower front teeth. After two months of Periogen, nothing there.
