The larger problem here is that COX has dumped our email service off to a second rate provider that wants to charge us for technical support and cox technical support has simply abandoned their former customers.

2024年4月26日 · I would log into the yahoo website (yahoo.com and click mail button in upper right). To get as far as you did, I assume you did the initial login with <you>@cox.net username and old password, the set a new yahoo password.
