2022年5月4日 · I've made whole lobster for my g/f, and we both agree..... frozen tails have about 80-90% of the whole lobster for less than 10% of the work and the mess. I doubt I'll ever buy live lobster ever again. I thaw and grill the tails over charcoal. And as noted, don't over cook.
