Unhide it and find that cells A3 and A4 have the $ sign hard coded into a TEXT function. Simply change the $ to a £ and all will work as you want.

I have started to populate a simple gantt chart template with my project but realise when I opened it up today that the start date has changed to day. When I check the formula box for the start date it is: =TODAY() If I enter a date in the formula box then all the other dates in the template are replaced with #VALUE!

2014年12月25日 · I start with the end date in one cell and for each step in the process I enter the number of days that that step will take. The formula excludes weekends. When the timeline is complete, I know when we will need to start the project because excel has totaled the number days needed overall. This works great when the due date change.
