ConflictofLaws.net is a forum for the exchange of views and the reporting of news relating to conflict of laws (private international law) broadly understood. It aims to foster the global exchange of ideas and to connect those interested in the cross-border dimensions of private law.

To date, we have collected 109 cases involving China and 26 foreign States and regions. (Note: Foreign divorce judgments are excluded in the Case List.) The Case List was issued on July 16, 2019, and is updated annually. The 2020 update [2], 2022 update [3], and 2023 update [4] were also posted on Conflictoflaws.net.
