2024年1月1日 · For the past month, every night between 2-3 AM my internet goes out. I am using my PC with an ethernet cord when this happens. My phone on wifi also loses connection. Then it comes back 5 minutes later and resumes working properly. Other than this issue at night, my internet works completely fine.

2021年7月20日 · Comcast internet keeps disconnecting randomly multiple times a day. When it happens entire internet goes out plus phone line. The disconnect also makes it unable to change TV channels or pull up tv guide. Resetting modem doesn't really fix problem as the disconnects are still happening.
