2017年3月19日 · If you go with the Coleman Mach digital, it's just plug and play. Probably the best bet if you aren't a tinkerer. I've been told the Dometics are negative switched vs the Coleman Machs positive switching, so it probably won't be plug-and-play. I replaced my Coleman Mach with a $24 Honeywell RTH111B non-programmable thermostat. Looks like this:

2016年7月27日 · The wire on the R contact on your thermostat (should be a red wire) is +12 VDC coming in. You want to jumper that to the Y contact (yellow wire) to start the AC compressor. However, you also need to run the fan. The GW contact (green wire) is the high speed and the GL (gray wire) is the low speed. I'd go with the high speed.

2021年9月29日 · On our 2 previous 5th wheels, I replaced the Coleman Mach analog thermostats with the Coleman Mach digital, model 66363441. Very easy swap, wire for wire swap and mounting was exact as the anolog. A quick look online just now shows me ridiculous prices for them though and out of stock issues.

2023年10月2日 · That makes even less sense. With Precision, we did not run the the A/C's through the multi-plex. The Coleman Mach thermostat was also the temp sensor, like most thermostats. So the Micro-air simple does not have a remote sensor option then to bypass the built in one. I think they are confused. _____

2012年9月4日 · I've searched this forum, RV.net, and the internet in general, and find lots of specifics for Coleman-Mach to Hunter conversions, but not for Coleman-Mach to Honeywell. On our last 5er I very easily took out the Coleman-Mach manual thermostat and replaced it with a digital Hunter (Wal Mart) using step by step info I got on RV.net. We loved it!

2017年9月4日 · Replaced my Coleman Mach today with a Honeywell RTH111B digital thermostat. Here's the issue the AC & AC fan will only run when the fan is on the "ON" position not "AUTO", but the heat works just fine. If I switch the switch on the back of the stat from "GAS" to "ELECTRIC" then the AC & AC fan work fine in auto.

DW said fix by 6pm or she was getting a hotel. Replaced thermostat again (Camping World ripped me off for $250 for a $157 Coleman Mach Bluetooth thermostat - only thing they had in stock.

2024年8月19日 · Some people in this thread were able to convert to the remote thermostat using the Coleman-Mach 8330-752 kit but it looks like they already had wires in place for the thermostat. The bluetooth kit sounds like another alternative but it is 10x the price. I checked and there are no thermostat wires to the existing location.

2020年4月6日 · AC works fine - get cold - when I turn thermostat up and ac kicks off after about 5 minute the ac compressor only kicks on runs for about 2 minutes kicks off and after about 10 to 15 minutes does it again. When I took off the wall thermostat both wires looked like someone skinned wires back? I have 2018 Foresst River/Coachman Sportscoach 404RB.
