2013年12月27日 · The wood stove burns for maybe 3-4 hours tops on a full load; the coal stove burns all night. There is no other heat source. Typically I'll arrive on a Friday night and light both stoves. The wood stove gets the living warm fairly quickly; the coal stove takes a bit longer to get going, but when I'm ready for bed the bedroom is nice and warm ...
Converting a coal stove to wood burning - Hearth.com Forums
2019年10月9日 · I had another thread where I was discussing burning wood in my antique Bonny Oak coal stove. The consensus, and to some degree my experience, is that the stove is pretty inefficient with wood. Coal Stove Fire Starters | Hearth.com Forums Home
2005年12月3日 · One of my coal suppliers has these little 1"x1" boxes of shaved magnesium (I think) with a wick that is a fool-proof way of starting my stoker stove with one attempt. However, he is some distance away from me. Truth is, I probably would not make the trip for coal if he wasn't the only around that had these starters.

2014年1月15日 · The front lid says "DIANA 380". Not sure if that's a make/model or just the model of the stove. Either way, none of my searches/inqueries really come up with any useful info. From what I can tell it's a simple coal laundry stove, but I'd like to find out some more info on the manufacturer of the stove if possible.
