City life would be Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya maybe throw kyoto in there too. Basically anywhere in japan where you can easily move around to anywhere within the country. For example, getting to anywhere in Japan from Tokyo, Yokohama is a breeze compared to lets say going to Sapporo from somewhere like shikoku.

From my experience the seki city steel is fantastic at least the k390 is as I purchased a k390 delica and used it as my work knife for 2-3 months straight. The main issue is that the edge was akin to a benchmade factory edge as it was an uneven grind and not too sharp, this wasn’t an issue for me as I was going to resharpen it regardless.

This stretch of coastline lies the Sanin Kaigan National Park which have ocean scenery and unique rock formations I believe are underrated, and rarely mentioned here.
