Xingchen (Simplified Chinese: 星尘; Traditional Chinese: 星塵), also known in English as Stardust, is a Chinese VOCALOID developed by Shanghai HENIAN Information Technology Co. Ltd., in collaboration and distributed by Beijing Photek S&T Development Co., Ltd. for the VOCALOID4 engine in April 2016.

2016年6月5日 · The most well known of the Chinese Vocaloids is the Vsinger Project, shown above. They have also been known as Vocanese and Vocaloid China. At the moment, the only characters with voicebanks are Luo Tianyi, Yanhe, and Yuezheng Ling. Yuezheng Longya will be getting a V4 voicebank soon, and the others have been stated to be top priority.
