Charred Ore is a Hardmode ore that generates in the Brimstone Crag upon world creation. It is used to craft Unholy Cores at a Hellforge. It requires at least a Mythril or Orichalcum Pickaxe to mine.

Unholy Cores are a Hardmode crafting material crafted with Charred Ore and Hellstone. It is used to craft several weapons, the Blood Relic summoning item, and Ashen furniture.

2022年1月7日 · I want to get charred ore to make unholy cores to fight the Brimstone Elemental but I can’t mine charred ore. I have a Pickaxe Axe(200% pickaxe power).

It is composed of several large masses of Brimstone Slag half-buried in the ash, with deposits of Charred Ore interspersed within it. Across the crag there are several house-like structures, each containing a locked Shadow Chest with various Underworld items inside.

I checked the fan wiki and it seems that Charred Ore can be mined at any point now. It's just that the slimes won't spawn until she is defeated.

2021年11月20日 · i have a pickaxe with 210 % pick power , charred ore requires at least 165 % pick power , and yet i cant mine it . am i the only one with this problem ?

Charred Ore is a Hardmode ore that is generated in the world immediately after the Wall of Flesh is defeated. Upon entering hardmode, random chunks of naturally spawned Hellstone will have a small chance to be converted into Charred Ore.
