2010年7月5日 · carisoprodol DOES bind to the gaba-A receptors, but not the benzodiazepene specific receptors. but you best be careful not to get hook on benzos because that is even worse than opiate addiction IMO...also if you are on a high dose of benzos and then try to quit cold turkey you can die because to seizures.

2019年6月3日 · Mixing carisoprodol with opiates dramatically increases the risk of an OD, so it should never be done carelessly. Nonetheless, it's known to have a special kind of synergy combined with one of the weaker opiates. Personally, I've had good experiences taking carisoprodol with tramadol or codeine/DHC, but it's inherently dangerous.

2010年2月21日 · IIRC carisoprodol is stronger than meprobamate but also considerably shorter acting, you usually feel it for the first hour or so until meprobamate takes over, but it varies depending on the dose. Don't know about potentiating it though, besides the obvious (and potentially dangerous) stuff, I would just take a higher dose instead.

2010年3月23日 · 5 350mg carisoprodol absolutely knock me out. As others have said, its somewhat unpredictable in its effects, so be very careful. I wouldn't combine it with any other CNS depressants like your benzodiazepines or you could get into trouble quickly.

2011年5月31日 · I have soma 350's. If i take 3 at 6'5 215lbs i feel pretty high. Suprisingly high for a muscle relaxer. I wish I had some benzos or opiates to combine.. What will happen if i take soma on alcohol? Can I snort these? If so how many? And On alcohol??? Thanks.

2006年3月28日 · With any drug, as mentioned, it can be great to dose right before a shower or bath - it just feels better and cleaner IME. For the comedown, I'd recommend you not use the Soma as both amphetamines and carisoprodol (Soma) lower the seizure threshold, and Soma could prove just a little too much with the physical effect.
