2021年6月14日 · So, capital K is the bigger unit: one "KB" is 1024 bytes, but one "kB" is 1000. Technically you're supposed to use the unit "kibibytes" (and then "mebibytes", "gibibytes" etc) with the symbol "KiB" for 1024 bytes to reduce confusion. But hardly anybody does, probably because it sounds very silly.
