Yes. Calphalon nonstick cookware and covers are oven safe. However, nonstick cookware is NOT safe for use in the broiler. Locate your specific cookware line below to see at what temperature it is oven and/or broiler safe. Safe temperatures are also recommended in the Use and Care section.

Before using any Calphalon cookware for the first time, wash in warm, sudsy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Most Calphalon cookware does not require seasoning. However, two types of cookware do require an initial seasoning before use: Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon Pre-seasonsed Cast Iron and Calphalon Unison Nonstick cookware.

If your cookware is discontinued and is still covered under the warranty, Calphalon will replace your item with the most comparable current item.

Hand wash hard-anodized aluminum cookware in warm, sudsy water with a liquid dish washing detergent such as Dawn® and a mildly abrasive sponge such as Scotch Brite® Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge. To restore the hard-anodized interior or exterior to like-new appearance, use Calphalon Dormónd™ cleanser, which was specially developed for this cookware.

If you have a flat top stove, cookware may warp due to heating too quickly. If the pan is larger than the burner, the edges of the pan overhang the burners. Due to the direct heat of the flat top stoves, the center of the pan will tend to heat more quickly than the edges, which can cause the pan to warp.
