For a long time people have speculated this is a bug and if you for example cast the spell with a seal that scales on faith and arcane like your dragon communion seal that the buff should scale off both but as far as I know its still just faith.

2022年3月11日 · Basically, assuming you're not investing into Strength, Int, or Arcane much and will have High Dex and a fair amount of Faith, the Frenzy Flame seal is the only seal that scales with Dexterity and so will be the best seal for you.
