2016年10月24日 · In our practice, we do not recommend Bromelain or Arnica for facial cosmetic surgery. Taking these additional supplements just confuses patients even more so with the correct postoperative surgery regimen which usually includes antibiotics, pain medication, antinausea pills in addition to the patient's regular prescription medications.

2014年12月11日 · In my office, the routine is to start Arnica and Bromelain 3 days prior to the procedure and to continue until after the bruising subsides. Your surgeon may have a different routine however.hope this helps and good luck
