Brian Michael Daboll [1] (/ ˈ d eɪ b əl /; born April 14, 1975) is a Canadian American professional football coach who is the head coach of the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL).

Daboll is the first person to win both Coach of the Year and Assistant Coach of the Year. Brian Daboll was hired as the 20 th head coach in Giants history on Jan. 28, 2022, and directed one of the most successful debut seasons in the history of the franchise.
