Bouchon is a hidden gem located in the 10th floor of the Venezia Tower at Venetian and it's my favorite place to have a quiet brunch in the strip. A lot of the strip is over the top and ostentatious. This is a place where you can get a quiet, luxurious French breakfast that's prepared well.
