The wood is often confused with Osage Orange (Maclura pomifera). It has a high density and decay resistance. It shows slight shrinkage and stays in place well.

2013年11月13日 · Building a small bridge out of steel beams. What's the best way to attach the bridge decking? We're thinking 3"x10" or wider white oak planks over wide flange beams. Thanks.
