There was an issue with the king rammus skin where it was linked to the acc name and not the account so if somebodies king rammus acc got deleted for whatever reason and somebody else made an account with the same name they got the skin. Might be the same for black alistar. I would source but I'm on phone.

2020年12月6日 · It's extremely unlikely Black Alistar will ever be given by Riot because, like u/Smexy-Fish said, this skin was a preorder launch promo. Asking the question, though, is kind of a running theme for Alistar enthusiasts. If you do a search you will find tons of threads on it.

2022年12月4日 · I have Black Alistar because Garena servers made an event giving away that rare skin. The event was just completing the attendance event for a whole month and then that's it. Got my Black Bull now. But I still don't have the Unchained one just to complete all skins.
