Hubby bought dulcolax stool softener (docusate sodium 100mg) . Are the two the same? I am badly constipated. Miralax and senna do not help much. Can I take bisacodyl and docusate at the same time?

2016年2月13日 · No: When taking Bisacodyl for constipation it is recommended that you avoid alcohol as it is known to inhibits digestion. Although not an absolute contraindication, alcohol does causes dehydration by increasing loss of fluid through urination. I would recommend avoiding it.
