My first was a miscarriage that when at the hospital to confirm, the doctor informed me it was probably for the best (I was quite young at the time). My second I had a healthy pregnancy and went into labor at 39wks 2 days. I gave birth unmedicated and had a 3rd degree tear.

I feel like not many people talk about that feeling, everyone focuses on transition as the most difficult part but for me, that feeling of baby’s head dropping out of my uterus/cervix into the birth canal was so intense.
