Perry Fenwick (born 29 May 1962) is an English actor. He is known for portraying the role of Billy Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, a role which he has played since 1998. Fenwick's first regular television role was in the sitcom Watching.

Billy Mitchell is the son of Stevie Mitchell and Val Mitchell, brother of Charlie Mitchell, half-brother of Teddy Mitchell, ex-husband of Little Mo Slater and Honey Mitchell, father of Dan Pearce, Janet Mitchell and Will Mitchell, and foster father of Jay Brown.
